3PL Transition & Supply Chain Operations Lead

We are looking for a highly organized 3PL Transition & Supply Chain Operations Lead to support a fast-growing ecommerce brand through a major warehouse and systems transition. This role will coordinate operations across logistics partners, warehouse systems, inventory, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and scalable supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a large-scale 3PL and warehouse transition project
• Manage timelines, project trackers, and cross-functional deliverables
• Support system migrations, order testing, and operational troubleshooting
• Coordinate inventory transfers, fulfillment, and logistics workflows
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and implementation plans
• Identify operational risks and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
