When you join Amazon as a 3PL Ops Manager you’ll gain experience leading a large and diverse team to make sure your area of the business keeps pace with demand. Key Responsibilities- Manage 3PL operational performance for 3P carriers and DSP delivery partners
- Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize deliveries and CX.
- Program manage new store launches from the last mile perspective
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
- Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels and business objectives are met across all shifts
