3D Visualizer (Interiors)

Key Responsibilities · Produce high-end 3D renders for interior and architectural projects. · Create realistic environments including lighting, textures, furniture, finishes, and décor. · Interpret design briefs, CAD drawings, floorplans, and concept sketches. · Develop visual presentations for client proposals and approvals. · Assist designers with space planning visuals and mood boards. · Create walkthrough animations where required. · Revise renders based on client or design team feedback. · Maintain rendering quality, consistency, and deadlines across multiple projects. · Source and build 3D assets, furniture models, and materials libraries. · Stay updated with latest visualization trends, tools, and techniques. · Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, Architectural Visualizer, or similar role. · Strong portfolio of interior / architectural renders. · Proficiency in Revit, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer / V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop. · Stro...
