3D Modeler – 3D Optimization Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3D Modeler with a strong background in creating and optimizing high-quality 3D assets, particularly architectural models, for web and real-time applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry standard modeling software and possess a deep understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) and real-time rendering theory to deliver fast, visually stunning, and highly optimized models of structures and environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, model, texture, and rig high-quality 3D assets, with a significant focus on detailed architectural models (buildings, interior spaces, and hard-surface props).
