Job Description
We are looking for a skilled 3D designer / CAD specialist to make specific modifications to an existing 3D model that we use for 3D printing.
This is not a full model creation project.
We already have the base model and need precise adjustments made to improve fit, tolerances, and overall functionality.
Project Scope
- Modify an existing 3D model (file will be provided)
- Adjust dimensions and tolerances for 3D printing
- Potentially reinforce certain structural areas
- Optimize for printability (strength, supports, clean edges)
- Maintain compatibility with original hardware specifications
Deliverables
- Updated editable CAD file
- Exported STL file ready for 3D printing
- Clear documentation of changes made (brief summary)
Required Skills
- Experience with 3D printing design considerations
- Proficiency in Bambu Studio
- Strong understanding of tolerances and mechanical fit
- Ability to follow exact measurements and specifications
