This is a true
full-cycle recruitment role
, covering:

• Business Development
• Client Management
• Candidate Sourcing
• Interviewing
• Closing candidates and clients

At the same time, we are also open to strong
180° or 270° recruiters
who already master one side of the desk and want to grow into a full 360 position with us.

Your Role:

As a 360 Consultant, you will:

• Win new clients and build long-term relationships
• Develop your own market and niche
• Source and interview senior candidates
• Manage full recruitment processes end-to-end
• Negotiate fees and close deals
• Own your desk like your own business
