Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Examine all vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
Prepare a complete quotation including estimated flat rate times as specified in the flat-rate manuals and employer policies as a guide and correct parts pricing.
Perform all work as outlined the repair order and approved quotation, with efficiency and accuracy, and in accordance with company and factory standards.
Order all parts when authorization is received, unless specifically told otherwise. Indicate on the RO that you have done so.
Save and tag all parts if the job is under warranty, insurance or regular customer pay unless the customer has requested otherwise..
