Axis Family Resources Ltd. is recruiting a Full Time Program Coordinator for our Specialized Supportive Housing Programs. The Program Coordinator will manage the Specialized Supportive Housing for youth, adults in Community Inclusion, as well as provide direction to ensure that the goals and objectives of the organization are met. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will provide planning, coordination, administration of programs, and participate in the afterhours and on-call rotation. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for talent management such as participation in recruitment, performance management processes, supervision of staff, creation of staff schedules, and approval of time entry on IBEX system.
