Job Responsibilities
- Address queries on the various enquiries over the Helpline, Live chat or via Walk-ins
- Promote and nudge customers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
- Guide customers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- GCE A Level and above
