The Technical Support Coordinator is responsible for responding to incoming service requests, identifying root causes, and coordinating effective resolutions. + Manage inbound calls from field technicians, capturing status updates and providing direction as needed.
+ Conduct outbound calls to technicians when extended onsite time or issue complexity requires immediate follow‑up.

+ Document technician activities, service status, and instructions in accordance with customer and internal requirements.
