Shift: 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: 80-87K
**What’s a typical day as a 2nd Production Supervisor? You’ll be:**
+ Leading and supporting production associates during 2nd shift operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of daily production plans.
+ Owning end-to-end shift execution, including real-time staffing decisions, production flow, and issue escalation during off-hour operations.
+ Enforce standard work, documentation accuracy, and GMP requirements to ensure compliance with quality systems.
