Job Summary
Employee directs and organizes the production operations and maintains the standard policies and procedures of the company. This role oversees all production employees on 2nd shift.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of employees and equipment
- Accurately report production
- Conduct shift huddles daily
- Communicate issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, production
- Participate in and oversee Lock Out Tag Out and CPM
- Lead and maintain safety and plant policies
- Assist with inventory, both finished goods and raw material
- Oversight of Quality of production on shift
- Operate all machines and equipment, including mobile equipment, as needed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines
