Penmac Staffing is hiring a 2nd Shift Rotomolding Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing company in the Brainerd area. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady weekday hours, competitive pay, and an outstanding benefits package once hired on by the client.

  • 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday
  • Hours: 3:45pm to 2:15am
  • Pay: $21.00 per hour

  • Operate and monitor rotational molding (rotomolding) machines
  • Load and unload molds and raw materials
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and routine quality checks
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
