In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Partner with the Supervisor to support employee performance, manpower utilization, and ongoing training needsPlan, organize, and help maintain standard operating practices and procedures within the departmentLead and guide team members in day-to-day warehouse activitiesCommunicate daily workload and priorities, assigning tasks to ensure efficient flow of workAdjust staffing levels in collaboration with other Team Leads and Supervisors to meet customer demandProvide on-the-job training, coaching, and direction to team membersReview and analyze productivity and kitting reports to support established performance goalsUse problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve operational challengesPerform associate or operator duties when operational needs require additional supportEnsure completed goods are shipped the same day whenever possible
