The Company
We are currently working with a leading Managed Services Provider based in the Perth's Eastern Suburbs who has a background providing onsite and remote IT services to small to medium sized businesses over the last 25 plus years across the Perth Metropolitan area.

The Role
You will work with a team of experienced technicians to provide IT field support to small-medium sized businesses. This is a client facing role which will see you installing and setting up new equipment, performing upgrades and provide onsite IT support.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience working in a similar Level 2/3 role, preferably within a Managed Services environment.
• General IT troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent experience with Windows Desktop Environments.
• Experience with MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure.
