Som3 is looking for a Technical Support Manager - 2nd Line in Tyseley, UK, to oversee the 2nd line service desk function. You will manage a team of 5 Team Leaders responsible for 40 engineers, ensuring effective service delivery and performance through accountability and clear communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and excellent leadership skills, combined with a good technical understanding of support environments including Microsoft 365 and Windows Server. This role requires 3 days in the office weekly.
