We are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Specialist to join our team responsible for supporting a large-scale IT system. The role is performed in a 24/7 shift system.
Evening and night shifts are carried out remotely. The position is hybrid: 2–3 days per week in our office in Warsaw, while other locations work fully remotely.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling, analyzing, and resolving 1st line tickets and escalating more complex incidents to 3rd line support.
• Documenting activities, creating procedures, and maintaining KMDB/KEDB.
• Verifying environments after deployments, monitoring tests, and participating in maintenance activities.
• Supporting CSIRE system users and cooperating with technical teams.
• Participating in system releases and working in a 24/7 shift model.
