- Prepare food for a high-volume hotel kitchen which includes banquet and conference facilities, full service restaurant and lounge, room service and government emergency services contracts.
- Primarily responsibility for food preparation and line service
- Reports to Executive Chef, Sous Chef.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Supporting the Chef to deliver on defined day to day activities for our client contract regarding all Food Service Delivery in a Hotel kitchen.
- You will use your skills to assist in creating an excellent food service offering for the clients and guests of this site
- General food production, cooking, serving as well as other duties assigned
- Follow all the different Sodexo Programs: Food Safety, Health and Safety, policies and procedures, as well as marketing.
