Job Description:

• Participate in animation production projects managed in Malaysia, supporting Japanese animation studios through high-quality production work.
• Handle animation production tasks based on individual experience and skill level, including key animation, in-between animation, layout, animation checking, and related processes.
• Execute assigned production tasks in accordance with Japanese animation quality standards, production guidelines, and project schedules.
• Communicate effectively in Japanese with Japanese stakeholders and internal coordinators to ensure accurate understanding of creative instructions and technical requirements.
• Work independently in a fully remote (work-from-home) environment while maintaining regular communication with the Malaysia-based production team.
• Manage daily work progress, deadlines, and task updates using online communication and collaboration tools.
