prosource.it is seeking talented Change Analysts to join our growing team. These full‑time, remote roles offer the chance to support major transformation programmes across our large enterprise client base while being part of a people‑focused, collaborative technology services organisation.

As a Change Analyst at prosource.it, you’ll play a key role in helping organisations adopt new technologies and ways of working. You’ll work closely with Change Managers, project teams and stakeholders to prepare users for change, support effective communication, and ensure that new behaviours and processes are successfully embedded.
