Job Description

We are currently seeking a Junior Desktop Support Engineer to work onsite in Aberdeen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has studied IT (college, university, or training course) and is now looking to kick-start their career in a hands-on IT support role.

What you’ll do

As a Junior IT Support Technician, you will help the team by:

  • Providing friendly, helpful first-line support to staff with basic IT issues.
  • Learning how to assist with second-line support as your skills grow.
  • Helping to keep IT equipment, systems, and accounts running smoothly.
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day IT tasks and ongoing improvements.
