Position Details

Long Term Occasional – Grade 8 - Math, English, Geography, History – 0.8 FTE

Location: Willow Road Public School

Rate of Pay: $52,974.00 – $119,975.00 per annum (grid rate based on QECO rating and teaching experience; prorated for FTE; effective September 1, 2026)

Effective Date: September 2, 2026 – June 30, 2027

Schedule: Days 1, 2, 4 full days; Days 3, 5 mornings

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Principal, the Long-Term Occasional Teacher is responsible for providing continuous, high-quality education during the temporary absence of the regular teacher. The successful candidate will support student achievement and well-being in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board policies.
