Assistant Director, Technology Operations


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for all client accounts, including managing operational service requests, coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver operational enhancements and tracking project milestones impacting the company’s operational capabilities

  • SLA/KPI Management: Deliver Operational SLA reporting and Client Rate Card input and actively manage any service exceptions across the company’s suite of products, oversee performance trends and operational impact of technical and business enhancements

  • Client Relationship: Maintain close relationship with Client Account Managers across all accounts to ensure timely and accurate communication on client requested operational enhancements, exception handling expectations and operational incident management
