Duties and Responsibilities

Use the nursing process to provide patient care and serve as a member of the health care and nursing teams. Maintain competence, professionalism, and nursing records. Perform as a member of the surgical team, including perioperative roles, and perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Registered Practical Nurse Diploma from an accredited community college.
  • Successful completion of the Operating Room course from an approved program within three years with combined experience.
