About The Opportunity

The Grants and Capacity Development Specialist at Métis Nation British Columbia (MNBC) is an essential role responsible for strategically identifying, securing, and managing grants and funding initiatives critical to advancing the MNBC vision and mission. The role works closely with designated MNBC Ministries & Departments, providing leadership and guidance to support funding needs and increase cross‑Ministry collaboration. The specialist takes charge of complex, high‑value grant opportunities, oversees large‑scale project coordination, and builds strategic partnerships with funders, government entities, and non‑profit organizations to sustain MNBC’s growth and capacity.
