To motivate and encourage customers to achieve their goals and to deliver maintain a high level of customer service. The role of the gym instructor at Fife Sports and Leisure Trust demands a commitment to a predetermined shift pattern consisting of dayshifts, backshifts and weekend work. This structured shift pattern is crucial to ensuring consistent coverage of the gym floor during peak times and maintaining the high standards of service that we strive to deliver.
