2026, Product Management Intern - Toronto

We're seeking an Product Management Intern for our Security Product Management team to help deliver enterprise security products. In this role you’ll work on a variety of security technologies such as IAM, Encryption, Resource-based policies, and more.We’re looking for motivated and talented students to help us build the next-generation enterprise security technologies. As an intern, you will work directly with MongoDB’s product managers, software engineers, and various teams within the larger R&D org including marketing, UX design, and analytics. You will be fully integrated into the team, understanding and analyzing users’ needs and pain points, and advocating on their behalf to improve the product. You will synthesize various data sources, and discuss technical solutions and tradeoffs with engineers and designers to create new product requirements and experiences. You will also refine and communicate the product strategy to relevant stakeholders.
