The two year postdoc position is part of the research project “PIG-PARADIGM – research into the intestinal resilience of piglets” (see ) funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation. Several national and international research institutions are a part of the project.

Project description
Biomarker candiates of pig robustness and pig gut antimicrobial resistome have been discovered in other studies in the PIG-PARADIGM project. The aim of this Postdoc project is to refine the candiate set by identifying and validating consistent (i.e. reproducible) biomarkers for pig robustness and pig gut antimicrobial resistome.
