Job Description
A File Management Project Hire (often an HR or Admin Assistant) is responsible for maintaining and securing physical and digital personnel folders (201 files). They ensure compliance, accuracy, and absolute confidentiality regarding employee data from onboarding through offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- 201 File Maintenance: Organize, sort, update, and secure confidential physical and digital employee records (contracts, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and personal data sheets).
- Auditing & Compliance: Regularly audit files to ensure document completeness, strict data privacy compliance, and smooth internal/external audits.
- Data Encoding: Update personnel databases and human resource information systems (HRIS) promptly.
