2 X Board Certified Behavior Analyst - (IDD/ICF)

**Position:** BCBA

**Location:** Yurba City, CA

**Setting:** Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (Small)

**Patient Population:** Adults (18+)

**Duration:** 26-weeks

**Compensation**

**Local Pay Rate:** $85/hr

**Travel Package:** $3,506/week

**Position Details**

**Schedule:**

+ M-F, 40 hours per week
+ Must have some flexibility for RBT supervision!

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Conduct behavioral assessments and develop BIPs.
+ Train and support residential staff on effective behavior support strategies.
+ Monitor behavioral data, track outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers
+ Participate in ISP meetings and behavioral consultations.
