Job Role: Part Executive 

Role Summary

The Part Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of parts operations at the service center, ensuring availability, accuracy, and timely movement of inventory to support workshop activities and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Parts Inventory Management

  • Receive and verify incoming parts stock

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update in the system

  • Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system data

  • Ensure correct storage of parts as per category and safety norms

  • Parts Issuance & Documentation

  • Issue parts to workshop technicians based on job requirements

  • Generate and maintain proper documentation for parts movement
