(2 Positions) 6 Months Admin Officer #JEE
Responsibilities
- Assist in scanning of documents
- Document verification to ensure visible information
- Organising and record data to Excel tracking sheet
- Document filing
- Assist in coordination of document disposal
- Support any other ad-hoc project/assignment.
Requirements
- Preferably with prior admin experience
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel.
