**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing high-quality MIG and flux core structural and plate welding on bridge and large office building projects. You will complete critical structural welds that must meet stringent state and federal transportation codes and successfully pass a hands-on weld test administered to AWS D1.5 bridge welding specifications prior to employment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and flux core welding on structural steel and plate components for bridge and large office building projects.
+ Execute critical structural welds that comply with strict state and federal transportation codes and project specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings to plan and complete welds accurately.
