Job: Prep Cook / Baker

Location: Hartford, WI

Shift: 4:30am - 12:00pm T-F, every other weekend. Weekend hours will fluctuate

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble a variety of menu items, including salads, entrees, sauces, and dips
  • Wash, cut, and chop fruits, vegetables, and cooked meats for use in recipes and food preparation
  • Assemble prepared food trays such as deviled eggs, cheese and sausage, and fruit and vegetable platters
  • Proof and bake pre-made buns according to established procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety standards
  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
