First Shift PackerMonday- Friday 6am-2pm$16.50 an hour Pro Resources Staffing Services is partnered with a well-established company located in Garrett, IN. We are currently seeking Production Employees to inspect and package automotive products. This is a temporary position that will last around 2 months with the possibility of being direct hired at the end of the temporary assignment. Job Duties

Follow the process sheets when packaging parts and report any quality issues immediately to the shift supervisor.

Delegate and assign job responsibilities of team members to ensure processes are followed and job rotation occurs.

Inspect the parts and process before, during and after each packaging job.

Record and maintain packaging rates, reporting any scrap.

Accurately count production, labels, pallets, finished goods, etc.

Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25-35 pounds continuously, and less than ...
