1st shift Maintenance Superintendent QUALIFICATIONS:Must have overall knowledge of the Maintenance Boiler & Refrigeration Operation and the industryKnowledge and technical skills in a variety of maintenance jobsMust be people oriented, be able to understand employee’s needs, good motivator, and be able to teach new skills to employeesUnderstand and comply with Company policy and proceduresGood communications skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational, math and statistical skillsGood work history and attendanceTeam Player with leadership skillsTechnical training and certifications preferred but not requiredMember of the Hazmat teamMust have a Chief boiler licenseRETA Certified Industrial Refrigeration OperatorResume requiredHOURS: flexible as needed or requiredDUTIES:
