The 1st Shift Laser Operator sets up and operates Bystronic fiber lasers and related equipment to manufacture conveyor system parts of various shapes and sizes using prints, standard work instructions, and 3D product models. This role collaborates closely with manufacturing personnel to ensure quality, efficiency, and project deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced production environment, while maintaining laser machine optics and supporting general metal manufacturing operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate Bystronic fiber lasers and other production equipment as needed to manufacture conveyor system parts of different shapes and sizes.
+ Interpret and work from prints, standard work instructions, and 3D models to produce accurate parts that meet specifications.
+ Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to ensure product quality, production efficiency, and adherence to project deadlines....
