**Job Title: Forklift Operator – Outdoor Production and Yard Support**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on safely moving finished materials from production lines to yard inventory using a forklift, while working primarily outdoors. You will also cross-train in the production area to provide coverage when needed, supporting smooth operations across the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a forklift to transport finished materials from production lines to designated inventory areas in the yard.
+ Work outdoors approximately 90% of the time, safely maneuvering equipment and materials in all weather conditions.
+ Load and unload materials efficiently, ensuring accurate placement and adherence to safety procedures.
+ Cross-train in the production area to learn key tasks and processes so you can fill in for associates who are absent.
+ Support general labor and construction-related tasks as needed, including heavy lifting and material handling.
