Requirements for the Electrical Assembly Technician

  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in industrial wiring or electrical assembly
  • Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and work instructions
  • Strong knowledge of electrical components and safety practices
  • Must be willing to train on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
  • Must have steel or composite toe work shoes
