First Line IT Support Technician

We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused First Line IT Support Technician to join the IT service team of one of our Leyland based clients within manufacturing.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all technical enquiries, providing fast, friendly, and effective support to users across the organisation. You will help troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring a positive user experience at every interaction.

What We're Looking For

Relevant IT qualification
Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common desktop applications.nderstanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN preferred).
