We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst to join our central IT team, supporting schools across our Multi-Academy Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your IT career in a varied, supportive environment where you'll gain hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, networking, cloud technologies, user support and IT projects.
What you'll do As the first point of contact for IT support, you'll: Provide friendly, professional 1st line IT support via phone, email and remote assistance.
Log, manage and resolve support requests through our IT Service Desk.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues using our knowledge base.
Create user accounts, reset passwords and administer Teams and email services.
