We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking “1st Level B2B Support Engineer – Platinum Technician” to be part of our successful team in our “B2B Support team”.
What will you do:
- Provide first-level technical support to corporate users via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets (Active Directory)
- Support corporate applications, email systems, VPN, and collaboration tools
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to 2nd/3rd level support following internal procedures
