JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare material and tool needed based on the requirement to complete spool fabrication
  • Able to perform bonding procedure during the whole process of spool assembly.
  • Able to interpret spool drawing and material list to guide accurate fabrication.
  • Conduct dimension and visual self-inspection to ensure all spool fabricate meet specific requirement.
  • Perform and meet the daily output requirement daily with good quality spool fabricated
  • Read/interpret drawings or specs, record production data accurately, and recommend process improvements.

    • JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
  • Must pass bonder qualification program conducted by training dept.
  • Must pass bonder questionnaire conducted by QC
  • 1-2 years of experience in pipe fitter is advantage.
