A McDonald’s Certified Swing Manager is a trained and certified leader responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The Certified Swing Manager leads the shift team by directing crew members, assigning positions, and managing floor operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all channels, including drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, mobile order, and curbside. They monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality to ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
