ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working closely with Business and IT central departments of the product to steer and support the feature team
  • from both a technical and functional point of view.
  • Responsible, together with Business Department for prioritisation and implementation of business and
  • technical requirements in scope of Agile Feature Teams.
  • Responsible for the grooming processes and product backlog management
  • Support Business and IT Product Owner with creation and detailing of epics and user stories.
  • Manage in close collaboration with the feature team, the concept creation, implementation, testing and release
  • of new versions of the system.
  • Build sound relationships with stakeholders and cross departmental colleagues.
  • Provides active and regular mentorship to other Agile Masters, team on application of Agile/Scrum
