Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and highly experienced individual to join the Rex Group Engineering team as the Responsible Manager. This role requires a balance of technical skills, people management and delivery focus, ensuring compliance, safety and quality standards are met.

This position reports to General Manager Engineering/ Accountable Manager.


Position Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned engineering base functions for Rex Engineering operations, safety, manpower, costs, regulatory and company compliance, operational delivery, local HR/IR issues and Workplace Health and Safety compliance.
  • RM may be submitted to CASA as Alternate Accountable Manager post holders to the GME at no extra remuneration. This position will require frequent travel to be proactive front line manager and understand local engineering base issues
