Join ANDRITZ Canada as a Human Resources Advisor for a 12-month contract in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. Take the lead in recruitment, employee development, and retention strategies.
As an essential part of our HR team, you'll work under the Director of Employee Development to manage recruitment and develop career plans that mobilize talent within the Hydropower sector. You'll also connect with educational institutions to facilitate effective training programs.
