1:1 Teaching Assistant & Midday Supervisor

Dorset Council is seeking a passionate and caring Teaching Assistant for a 1:1 role supporting a named child in Dodds Cross. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on a child's learning and development. The successful candidate will provide tailored support in both lessons and lunchtime to ensure the child feels safe, supported, and included.

Ideal applicants will have experience working in primary settings, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing approach. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not mandatory. Both roles are fixed term until 31st August 2027.
