Teaching Assistant (1:1)
KSC + SEN Allowance
Fixed Term – Linked to One Student
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8:30am–3:20pm, Term Time + 5 INSET (28.5 hrs per week)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a named student with an EHCP. This fixed-term role is linked to the student’s funding and will cease if funding is withdrawn or the student leaves the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Support access to the curriculum under teacher direction
Provide tailored academic support, including extended writing and typing assistance
Assist with personal care and mobility where required
Support physiotherapy/OT programmes as directed
Promote emotional wellbeing and inclusion
