About the role:
A partner primary school in Louth is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a student with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) starting after Easter 2026.
This full-time role is offered through Justteachers until at least summer and provides a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and inclusive setting.
The school are a warm and welcoming primary school with a lively and dynamic atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil with ASC
- Assist with classroom engagement, emotional regulation, and social development
- Work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to implement individual support strategies
- Help adapt learning materials and activities to meet the student’s needs
- Foster a calm, structured, and encouraging learning environment
